Conference Registration

Registration is now open!

Be diligent and register as soon as possible, conference attendance is limited.

Registration is simple just click the following registration link register now and fill-in the simple on-line registration form. When you register online you will have three options. The first option is to complete your registration on-line, or you can exercise the second option and register by mail. The third available option is to register by telephone. Registration by mail please click this form access link and mail by March 15, 2009. Registrations by phone please call (661) 324-3023 and follow the phone instructions.

All participants and workshop speakers must register. Attendees can register during the conference, but there is no guarantee that conference space will be available. Be sure to register early to secure your attendance.

Conference Registration Fees

Please don't forget to secure your conference lodging accommodations.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy: Please notify the conference of any substitutions in writing. The appropriate registration fee will be applied to the substitute attendee. A refund will be given for conference cancellations received in writing by conference participant before the start of the event. Please mail or fax your conference cancellation before April 4, 2009.
